Coconut dehusker

Working principle:

The coconut dehusker is applied to remove the outermost palm fibre of the mature coconuts. This kind of machine is a kind of semi-automatic equipment, which consists of feed inlet, a pair of transverse extruding and stripping rolls, elastic pulling baffle, spring setting cutter, discharging conveyor belt, decelerating gear group, motor and conveyer belt, etc. The mature coconut is put into the feed inlet, and the elastic pulling baffle and two extruding stripping rolls together make the coconut shell peel off. The peeled coconut is carried to one side by the material conveyer, and the coconut after browning is pulled out by the spring setting cutter.

This machine has the advantages of simple structure, low price, continuous fiber peeling, easy operation, easy maintenance and so on. The peeling cutter on extruding roll is made of cemented carbide, which is sturdy and durable. In addition, the stripping roll is equipped with coconut fiber culling device to prevent the stripped coconut fiber from rotating along with the stripping roll. The conveyor belt with random belt carries the stripped coconut fiber to one side, which is convenient and quick.
